The United Way for Greater Austin 2-1-1 app helps users navigate the complex system of health and human services in Central Texas and get to the assistance they need quickly, anonymously and from the convenience of their mobile device. Users can be connected to more than thousands of nonprofit and government resources in the 10 counties we serve.
Each individuals unique situation is assessed and they are provided with information about the appropriate services for them. The app leverages the Cerebri technology, powered by IBM Watson, to provide customized responses to each user to find the most relevant social services.
